  After being a loyal customer for 10 YEARS (im talking taking about 15 pieces of clothes weekly) the owner dry cleaned a dress of mine that was wayyy over priced, was supposed to call me first and could care less about the fact that I was upset about the $12 for a dress and no phone before hand. There is no loyalty here. Customer service is bland. Different people working there all the time. Now I know why. No problem Henry. You don't care, I don't either.

  We drive over 10 mIles one way to get to this place. We don't have anyone we trust at our end and belive me we have tried them. Their prices are fair and if your article of clothing is questionable, the manager will call. I like that. I love their semstress. People, give Sam's Environmental a chance.
