  the store manager Floyd is amazing. My son peed his bed and it went through the mattress pad. I went through the process of filing a warranty claim and it was really easy with both sit and sleep and the mattress pad company. They gave me a credit for the original cost of the mattress which I spent around $200 for a full size. I went into the store and Floyd was trying to find me a replacement at around cost. Didn't have anything in stock or was running into problems with being an online only order. Ended up giving me a free upgrade to a memory foam mattress for my son MSRP around 650. No hassle no anyting he just did right by us. He's got a customer for life.
