  Why only 3 stars?
  BTW, this is more for CVS to read. The CVS staff there seem to forget or don't realize they are dealing with people who are in pain and under stresses due to their illness. They need to relax and treat their customers in a more relaxed and caring way. Especially when you talk to them on phone, you would feel like you are talking to an used car salesman or a typical rude uncaring city clerk in DMV or city hall. Yes, I understand they are very busy and trying to get their job done in time. But just remember your customers are patients.
